Description

- Developing new clients and building on existing client relationships nationally by providing end to end recruitment services.
- Collaborate closely with clients,



offering strategic guidance and foster solid and lasting relationships.
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing and building relationships with candidates to build strong talent pool.
- Meeting personal sales activities and targets to contribute team and business financial objectives
- Contribute to build a high-performing, upbeat culture within the team, driving business growth through collaboration.

Profile

- 2 years of outbound sales experience with success in closing.
- 1 year recruitment experience (desirable but not essential)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at engaging clients and candidates.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset, with strong resilience and a passion for driving success in exceeding expectations.
