Role overview
We are seeking a motivated, organised and enthusiastic person to join our Albany team as a CRM Administrator. Working alongside our team, you will assist with a range of activities including:
- Contacting customers for feedback on recently completed services
- Updating our CRM system with quotes and sales opportunities
- Preparing monthly reports and weekly business performance dashboards
- Creating and publishing machinery advertisements
- Managing customer satellite guidance subscriptions
- General administration and office support

No agricultural or machinery knowledge required. Full training and support provided.

Previous office experience is helpful but not essential. Microsoft Excel knowledge is an advantage. The role is well suited to university students but applications are welcome from anyone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
