About the Role
An established medical practice in the South West of WA is seeking a Practice Nurse to join their team on a casual basis.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist GPs with patient care and clinical procedures
- Perform health assessments and chronic disease management activities
- Administer vaccinations and support immunisation programs
- Conduct wound care, ECGs and other nursing procedures as required
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Manage recalls, reminders and preventative health activities
- Support infection control and accreditation requirements
- Work collaboratively with doctors, reception staff and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care

Experience and qualifications required
- Current AHPRA registration
- Friendly, caring and professional with a patient-centred approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team-oriented team
- Reliable, adaptable and committed to delivering quality healthcare
