Join our Port Lincoln team as a Business Support Officer in an ongoing state government role, where you’ll provide customer service and administrative support across a range of business functions. You’ll also be required to respond to phone calls and counter enquiries, providing information and directing requests to the appropriate area. Working closely with the Business Manager, you’ll help keep the local office running effectively and play a part in the work we do to protect vulnerable children and young people.

In this role, you will:

- Provide responsive customer service and assistance to clients, staff and stakeholders
- Maintain administrative records and prepare a range of reports, minutes and general correspondence
- Support budgeting and financial reporting, including expenditure tracking, accounts processing and reconciliations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business systems, processes and reporting
- Ensure fleet vehicles are appropriately serviced and maintained, and coordinate stationery supplies and basic office equipment.

- You have strong attention to detail and take pride in accurate, high-quality work
- You organise your workload effectively, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- You are confident using Microsoft Office programs and a range of office equipment
- You work collaboratively, build positive relationships and adapt well to changing priorities.
