About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading your team and delivering exceptional dining experiences across our food and beverage outlets.
Leading by example on shift, you'll support service delivery, mentor team members and help maintain the high standards K'gari Beach Resort is known for. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional looking to take the next step in their leadership journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervise team members in line with roster requirements and operating procedures
- Support daily operations while maintaining exceptional guest service standards
- Assist with staff performance, coaching and on-the-job training
- Monitor outlet presentation, stock levels and operational standards
- Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives within your area
About You
You're a hospitality professional who enjoys leading by example, supporting team members and creating memorable guest experiences.
You'll bring:
- Experience in food and beverage service within a hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar or café operations
- A passion for developing and supporting team members
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Current RSA and Food Safety Certificate (RMLV highly regarded)
