Ready to step up from Senior Financial Accountant into your first Finance Manager role?

Miller Leith is partnering with a leading FMCG organisation operating across Australia and New
Zealand. With a diverse portfolio and a strong presence in manufacturing, supply chain and
consumer markets, this business is scaling fast and looking for an ambitious finance
professional to grow with it.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the CFO, you'll own month-end close, general ledger and inventory accounting,
while driving improvements across reporting, governance and financial controls. You'll partner
closely with operations and supply chain, delivering commercial insights that shape
decision-making through the business's next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead month-end close, reconciliations and management reporting
● Manage stock valuations, COGS and standard costing
● Support statutory reporting, audits, forecasting and internal controls
● Use NetSuite ERP to streamline processes and strengthen reporting
● Partner with operations, supply chain and senior leadership
● Contribute to building finance capability and processes across the function

About You
● CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)




● Currently a Senior Financial Accountant, Management Accountant or similar, ready for
the next step
● Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or production-based environments
● Hands-on inventory and cost accounting exposure
● NetSuite experience highly regarded; advanced Excel essential
● Strong communicator who is proactive, commercially minded and comfortable taking
ownership
