A large and growing regional North West NSW / SE QLD firm, is seeking Senior Accountant's to bolster their Business Services and Tax team. This role is fully remote, flexible schedule, above market pay. We are experiencing strong growth, and we would be open to discussions for part or full time candidates.

Additional team members we are looking for include an internal tax specialist, client managers, Accountants.

Key Responsibilities:

- The ideal candidate would be a senior Accountant, with significant exposure to primary production clients.

- Managing client relationships.

- Reviews and preparation of various primary production (Beef, Wheat, Cotton etc) financials and tax returns. This covers clients of all sizes, including a significant number of clients in the Next 5,000 program.

- Significant amount of restructuring, capital gains, strategic tax planning, rollovers etc within our firm currently. Very exciting to be part of. As much exposure as you like to specialist external advisors (tax solicitors, commercial solicitors, stamp duty barristers, CGT specialists).

- Advisory Services

- Liaising with the ATO

- Maintenance and preparation of clients financial records

Depending on the candidate, you would be working directly with partners, and the firms long serving managers/senior accountants.

Requirements:

- CA/CPA qualifications.





- Proven experience working with primary production clients. This is compulsory, please do not apply unless you have had some exposure to livestock or cropping enterprises.

- Minimum 3+ years of specialised experience working with primary production clients is required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Australian citizenship is required for this position.
