We are seeking an experienced NDIS & Workforce Operations Manager to lead a critical function supporting our Home & Community & Work services. Based at Cannon Hill with hybrid working available, this role is responsible for leading the rostering and NDIS functions that support our frontline service delivery teams to deliver sustainable, person-centred services.

Leading a team of Client Services Team Leaders and their broader teams, you will play a key role in driving operational performance, supporting workforce planning outcomes and partnering with Service Delivery leaders to achieve high-quality, person-centred services.

Key duties of this role are to:

- Lead, coach and develop a team of Client Services Team Leaders.
- Oversee rostering, workforce planning and NDIS quoting functions.
- Support operational performance through reporting, analysis and insights.
- Partner with Service Delivery leaders to improve customer outcomes.
- Drive financial performance through effective funding, budgeting and operational decision-making.




- Analyse operational and financial data to support sustainable service outcomes.
- Provide leadership and guidance on NDIS operational practices.
- Manage team performance, capability and engagement.
- Build strong relationships across operational and enabling functions.

What you can bring to the team

You are a strong operational leader who enjoys supporting teams to achieve results. You understand the importance of balancing customer outcomes, workforce requirements and commercial performance, and you're confident working with stakeholders across a complex service environment.

You bring a collaborative leadership style, sound judgement and the ability to support and develop leaders while maintaining a focus on service quality, operational effectiveness and sustainable growth.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Senior leadership experience within disability, community services, health, aged care or a comparable service-based setting.
- Strong workforce management, rostering or operational leadership experience.
- Knowledge of the NDIS and its application within service delivery environments.
- Experience leading large or geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting and performance management.
- Proven ability to build capability and lead high-performing teams.




- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Human Services, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and leadership experience.

You will be required to undertake a “Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
