CPBS is seeking a passionate and experienced full-time or part-time Behaviour Support Practitioner to join one of our dedicated Adelaide teams based from our Campbelltown office. About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Clinical Manager, you will play a crucial role in conducting assessments, writing behavioural support plans and programmes, assisting with the implementation of plans and supervision of other practitioners. The work is based on the principles of Multi-Element Behaviour Support (MEBS) and Positive Behaviour Support for children and adults in the home, community, and school/workplace settings.

What you’ll do

- Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments

- Develop and review Behaviour Support Plans

- Deliver behavioural interventions and clinical recommendations

- Support families, support workers and stakeholders to implement strategies





- Collaborate with allied health professionals and multidisciplinary teams

- Maintain high-quality documentation and NDIS-compliant reporting

What We're Looking For

- Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, Behaviour Analyst, Behaviour Therapist or similar discipline

- Holds a bachelor's degree in a relevant field

- Strong assessment, report writing and stakeholder engagement skills

- Passion for achieving meaningful outcomes for people with disability

- Commitment to ongoing learning and working within the MEBS model.

- Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle

Highly Regarded

- Core NDIS Practitioner ID

- A postgraduate qualification related to Positive Behaviour Support or behaviour analysis
