Role Description The Partnerships Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that enhance the impact and reach of the GP Refresh conference. This on-site role, based in Gold Coast, QLD, involves building and maintaining relationships with sponsors, industry organizations, educational partners, and other key stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and negotiating partnership agreements, managing accounts, coordinating partner deliverables, and collaborating with internal teams on marketing,



event planning, and program content.

The Partnerships

Manager will track partnership performance, prepare reports and insights, and ensure that partner engagements align with the conference’s educational and professional development objectives.

Qualifications

- Solid Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships skills, with experience developing and managing mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Solid Account Management and Communication skills to maintain partner relationships and coordinate expectations effectively.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess partnership performance, identify opportunities, and inform decision-making.
- Experience in conference/events, education, or healthcare sectors is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gold Coast, QLD, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
