About the role
As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide nursing assessments, clinical case management and person-centred care to clients. Working independently in the community, you'll support older people to maintain their health, wellbeing and quality of life at home.
We're looking for someone with
- Community nursing experience or transferable clinical skills
- Robust clinical assessment and care coordination skills
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- A passion for supporting older Australians
Essential requirements
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Degree in Nursing
- Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
- Current CPR Certification
- Either a Current National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
