Senior Salesforce Administrator – Exclusive Opportunity

Location: Canberra, ACT

Work arrangement: Full-time onsite

Security clearance: Minimum NV1 preferred
About the Opportunity Corroboree Talent is exclusively recruiting a Senior Salesforce Administrator to support a large, complex Salesforce environment within the Australian Government.

This hands-on support and delivery role will focus on user enablement, data management, reporting, platform configuration and continuous improvement. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical specialists to understand requirements, resolve incidents and deliver secure, practical Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across Salesforce applications.
- Manage user onboarding, provisioning, profiles, permissions and access.
- Assist users to maximise the value of Salesforce platforms and applications.
- Import, update and maintain data using Salesforce Data Loader and related tools.
- Support data modelling, data quality and governance activities.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards aligned with business requirements.
- Configure and improve workflows using Salesforce Flows and other declarative tools.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents, including reviewing Salesforce debug logs.
- Support data updates in production under established governance and approval processes.
- Participate in backup, restoration and disaster-recovery testing.
- Assist with sandbox testing, validation and refresh activities.
- Deploy approved changes through Azure DevOps and support post-deployment validation.
- Participate in Salesforce platform and seasonal release testing.
- Engage in governance and quality-assurance processes to ensure solutions follow established standards.
- Participate in a rotating on-call support roster for critical incidents and operational activities.

Essential Requirements To be considered, applicants must demonstrate:





- At least three years of experience supporting Salesforce applications in a Level 1 and Level 2 support environment.
- A current Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder or Platform Developer certification.
- Experience importing and managing data using Salesforce Data Loader or comparable tools.
- Strong capability in Salesforce Reports and Dashboards.
- Experience managing user provisioning, profiles, permission sets and access controls.
- Experience developing process automation using Salesforce Flows.
- Demonstrated ability to investigate and troubleshoot production incidents.
- Experience working with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Public Sector Solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience developing persuasive, evidence-based recommendations for decision-makers.
- A current NV1 security clearance or higher is preferred.
- The ability to work full time onsite in Canberra.

Applicants who do not hold one of the required Salesforce certifications cannot be considered.

Desirable Experience

- Working in Agile delivery environments using Scrum or Kanban.
- Managing and executing Salesforce sandbox refresh activities.
- Supporting Salesforce seasonal releases, including assessing new features and advising stakeholders.
- A working understanding of Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Assisting developers with troubleshooting code-related deployment or production issues.
- Familiarity with Salesforce metadata and its representation within Git repositories.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for controlled Salesforce deployments.

You are an experienced Salesforce professional who combines strong platform administration skills with a service-focused approach. You can communicate confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders, work effectively within governance frameworks and remain composed when resolving high-priority incidents.
