About the Role

You will be responsible for guiding architecture decisions, managing technology roadmaps, and ensuring enterprise-wide alignment across products, platforms, and digital capabilities. As the Principal Digital Product Architect, you will provide strategic architecture leadership across critical business and technology initiatives

Key Programs You Will Support

- Enterprise ERP transformation and future-state planning
- Works Management, Planning, and Scheduling modernisation
- Customer Connection capability improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Architecture runway planning to support future business capabilities

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and influence architecture decisions across business, application, information, and technology domains
- Drive enterprise architecture practices across product streams and transformation programs
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned to business strategy
- Provide guidance to solution architects and delivery teams on architecture standards and best practices
- Manage architecture governance, compliance, and strategic technology direction
- Identify opportunities to improve business outcomes through innovation and emerging technologies
- Drive alignment between digital, operational,



and customer-focused initiatives

Essential Experience

- Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, Principal Architecture, or Lead Architecture roles
- Proven ability to define and execute technology strategy and roadmaps
- Robust knowledge across business, application, information, and technology architecture domains
- Experience leading architecture governance and influencing senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated success supporting large-scale business and technology transformation programs

Highly Desirable

- Utilities, Energy, Mining, or Oil & Gas industry experience
- Exposure to Field Operations, Workforce Management, or Asset Management environments
- Experience supporting large-scale ERP programs
- Understanding of customer service or customer connection processes within complex organisations
