Founded in Australia in 2003, Martian Logic is a leading HRIS platform designed for mid-market organisations across education, health and care, and enterprise. Our all-in-one platform brings Core HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, and LMS together around a single employee record with zero re-keying and native-like integrations. We are built for Australian compliance with deep experience in local award interpretation, Single Touch Payroll, and verified screening including WWCC, Police Checks... etc.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position where you will leverage your payroll expertise to drive pre-sales engagement with mid-market organisations. You will position Martian Logic's payroll capabilities and compliance features to prospects, translating complex HRIS requirements into compelling business cases that resonate with HR and finance decision-makers.

What You Will Do

- Support pre-sales activities by providing payroll and compliance expertise to prospects evaluating our HRIS platform
- Articulate how our Australian compliance capabilities address client needs in awards, Single Touch Payroll, and screening integration




- Collaborate with the sales team to position payroll as a competitive advantage in deal progression
- Contribute payroll insights to strengthen proposals and demonstrations to prospective clients

What We Are Looking For

- Strong payroll knowledge and experience, ideally with HRIS systems or payroll software
- Ability to communicate payroll and compliance concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Experience in pre-sales, sales support, or customer-facing payroll roles
- Demonstrated understanding of Australian payroll compliance, awards, and Single Touch Payroll
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

What We Offer

- Base salary $130,000 to $160,000 plus superannuation
- On-target earnings (OTE) of $190,000 to $230,000 including commission
- 10 days paid personal/carer's leave per year
- Paid parental leave of 2 weeks from the birth of a child
