Job Description

This role is responsible for performing and supervising duties pertaining to the preparation and sale of Food & Beverage from the Café and Function / Activities Centre. An essential responsibility of this role includes ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and personal hygiene standards. Attend to all guests needs within the F&B; outlets and surrounding areas. This is a leadership role within the Park and as such, you are required to set the example to those working around you.

Key responsibilities

n

Provide excellent service consistent with the Park's standard operating procedures

n

Greet all guests upon arrival, offer assistance and deliver consistent guest service, exceed guest expectations and provide all other supporting services

n

Sound knowledge of Big 4 Gold Coast Holiday Park facilities and services to answer guest inquiries

n

Responsible Service of Alcohol

n

Assist in the rostering of staff in line with the F&B; budget

n

Be actively involved in the stock ordering process in line with par levels / occupancy levels

n

Ensure Daily Checklists have been signed off and adhered to

n

Complying with OH&S; as well as Identifying matters relating to OH&S;

n

Maintaining quality control of product

n

Maintaining cost control of product

n

About you

n

Competent use of the POS cash register, accurate cashing up & money handling

n





Productive use of the Espresso Machine - Preparing & Serving a wide range of Hot Beverages

n

Preparation of Cocktails

n

Preparation of Milkshakes / Juices / Frappes & Smoothies

n

Customer driven with a primary focus to improving the Guest Experience

n

Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively with guests and fellow staff

n

Exercise a duty of care to ensure actions don't negatively impact the health and/or safety of guests, others or self in the workplace
