Senior Financial Adviser – HNW | $160K-$180k + Bonus + Equity n

Your own HNW book of 80–100 clients averaging $10K–$20K in fees, with a path to part-ownership.

Our client is a respected, growing private wealth practice in the Sydney CBD. They're looking for a Senior Financial Adviser to take over an established book of 80–100 high-net-worth clients. Fees average $10K–$20K per client per year. Referrals keep arriving, and full onshore support leaves you free to advise. There is also a genuine pathway to equity partnership.

An established HNW book: 80–100 engaged clients with average fees of $10K–$20K per year

Salary and bonus: $160K–$180K+ base plus super, plus a performance bonus. The package is negotiable for an exceptional candidate.

The role

n

You’ll provide strategic wealth management advice to high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners. Your work will cover:

n

Family and discretionary trust structures, with advice across multiple entities

n

SMSF strategy, including contributions,



accumulation and retirement phase

n

Construction and ongoing management of direct equity portfolios

n

Retirement, succession and estate planning

n

Wealth protection and risk insurance

n

You’ll deepen relationships with an established client base, run annual reviews, and work alongside clients' accountants and lawyers. You’ll also convert warm referrals into long-term clients. As the practice grows, you’ll help shape where it goes next.

About you

n

Solid experience as a Financial Adviser or Financial Planner, ideally with HNW or private wealth clients

n

Strong technical knowledge of trusts, SMSFs and direct equities

n

Listed on the Financial Advisers Register (FAR), with qualifications that meet the ASIC education standard

n

A proven ability to build trust, retain clients and convert referrals

n

Confidence working alongside accountants, lawyers and other professionals

n

The ambition to become an owner, not just an employee
