The Y Ballarat is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Y Kinders leadership team. You will oversee kindergarten operations, drive workforce initiatives, and strengthen service delivery across Ballarat and regional Victoria.

Applicants should have a relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Management, Early Childhood Education, or related discipline, and experience in early childhood education and care.
