About the Role n

As a New Home Advocate / Broker, you’ll become a trusted guide to first home buyers - helping them navigate one of the biggest and most emotional decisions of their lives.

You’ll:

Work with warm, inbound clients only (no cold calling)

Understand each client’s goals, lifestyle, and financial position

n
- n

Build tailored strategies across finance, land, and home design

n
- n

Guide clients through builder selection with confidence

- n

Create an experience that feels transparent, supportive, and empowering

- n





Collaborate with our Perth-based leadership, marketing, and finance teams

n
- n

Play a key role in building the Melbourne presence from the ground up
