What you’ll be responsible for
- Developing and executing a clear growth strategy across digital and offline channels
- Redefining our brand positioning within a competitive local market
- Managing and optimising paid acquisition channels (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Improving conversion rates across website, landing pages, and patient journeys
- Building retention and referral systems to increase lifetime value
- Tracking performance and making data-driven decisions (not vanity metrics)
