The Coniston Hotel is part of The Marlow Hotel Group. The venue has undergone a recent renovation and provides full hotel facilities including a Sports Bar, Bistro, Accommodation and VIP lounge. Its an Iconic venue, that has enjoyed its transformation over the last year to reestablish itself as one of Wollongong's finest pubs.

We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Assistant Manager to join our team, who will work closely with the General Manager and Manager Team colleagues to ensure the day to day operations of the venue run smoothly, whilst the highest standards of customer service are being met.

Whilst completing all Assistant Manager day to day shift duties, you'll be allocated tailored KPIs and given learning opportunities on a timely basis

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:

n





Proven success in a Hotel role

n

Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail

n

Sound negotiation and complaint handling skills

n

Strong experience in gaming

n

Strong leadership and culture building skills

n

A passion for leading and developing people

n

An ability to have fun while achieving targets

n

RSA & RCG required

n

This is a permanent salary position (approx. 40-44 Hours p.w) andinvolves days, nights and weekend work including selected Public Holidays.
