Job Description

Adapt Refrigeration Pty Ltd in Carrum Downs, VIC, is seeking a Junior Service Coordinator/Administration Assistant to support a leading service and project team, drive the business forward, and grow with the company as it expands into new markets across Victoria.

You will gain practical experience, with on‑the‑job training and development, while handling purchase orders, job creation, scheduling timesheets, data entry for Accounts Payable, and office logistics in a collaborative setting.
