We are seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators for multiple ongoing civil construction projects across Melbourne. We are looking for operators with experience across a range of plant and machinery, including excavators, Moxy/Dump Trucks, loaders, skid steers, rollers and other civil plant . Key Responsibilities n
n
- Operate a range of civil plant and machinery safely and efficiently
n
- Operate excavators, Moxy/Dump Trucks, loaders, skid steers, rollers and other plant as required
n
- Complete bulk earthworks, excavation, trenching and site preparation
n
- Load, move and distribute materials around site
n
- Assist with drainage, sewer, water and other civil infrastructure works
n
- Carry out detailed excavation and general earthworks where experienced
n
- Conduct daily plant checks and report any issues or maintenance requirements
n
- Work alongside civil labourers, supervisors and other operators
n
- Follow site safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
n
- Assist with general civil construction duties when required
n
Requirements nn
- Previous experience operating civil plant and machinery
n
- Multi-skilled operators with experience across multiple machines highly regarded
n
- White Card (essential)
n
- Relevant plant tickets/licences where required
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport (essential)
n
- Strong understanding of civil construction and site safety
n
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused attitude
n
- Ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment
n
