We have an exciting opportunity for Community Support Workers to join our growing team in the Nepean Region ( Blacktown, Rooty Hill and surrounding suburbs) supporting elderly clients living in their homes and making a genuine difference every day with flexible hours, rewarding work, and a great team culture.

About the Role: n

- Your role will involve supporting clients in the community by providing social support, transport, shopping assistance and meaningful outings in the community.
n
- Delivering personal care with dignity and helping clients stay independent at home through domestic support, meal preparation and warm, reliable companionship.

- Wide variety of shifts availableMonday – Friday 7am-3pm (minimum 3 days availability required)

What we are looking for: nn
- A passionate, caring and empathetic personality is aMUST.
n
- Willingness to learn new skills on the job through training.
n
- Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent is highly desirable, current Nursing students will also be considered.
n
- Experience in aged care within the community is highly desirable.
n
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle is aMUST.
n
- Current First Aid certificate, Police check, NDIS Worker screening checkand Working with Children Check (mandatory) or willingness to obtain.
n
