About the Role n

As a Store Manager, you’ll lead the day‑to‑day operations of your store and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

n

Working closely with our Optometrists, you’ll ensure a seamless blend of skilled eye care and stylish eyewear.

Key Responsibilities n

- Oversee store operations, compliance, and performance standards
n
- Support your team to reach performance goals through genuine customer care, not pushy sales tactics.
n
- Manage rosters, budgets, and labour efficiency
n
- Provide hands‑on support in‑store, assisting with sales, service, and patient care
n
- Partner with Optometrists to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience
n

Skills & Experience n

We’re looking for a motivated and organised leader who thrives in a customer‑focused environment and enjoys helping others succeed.

You’ll bring:

- Previous leadership experience in retail (title isn’t important – if you’ve coached people and driven results, we want to hear from you)
n




- Experience supporting or contributing to rosters, labour planning, or store performance – we’ll help you grow your capability in these areas.
n
- A passion for delivering great customer experiences – we’ll teach you the optical retail side.
n
- An interest in developing skills in decision‑making, coaching, and team culture – we support your growth.
n
- No optical experience required – some of our best store leaders joined from outside the industry.

With Parramatta Station just a short distance away, convenient bus connections and plenty of on‑site parking available, commuting to and from the store is simple and stress‑free.
