Your new role
As a Consumer Liaison Officer you will provide support to teams and programs as required, by performing a wide range of administrative and customer service tasks. This includes acting as the liaison between clients, program teams and vendors, by answering incoming phone calls and queries relating to client services, actioning of all Planning Officer, client directed,
or service provider requested changes to service delivery times, dates/days and support worker changes, and undertaking other administration processes and functions.
You will be highly adaptable, able to manage competing priorities, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a high standard of customer service, accuracy, and professionalism.
Your Skills And Experience
You will also have:
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service or administrative role (essential)
- Experience in providing highly effective administrative support in a busy environment
- Experience in a human services organisation is desirable
- Managing high volume of telephone and online customer service and supplier queries
