MSS Security is seeking Part Time Aviation Protection Officers to join our team atBrisbane Airport . In this role, you will conduct additional aviation security checks while delivering a high standard of customer service in a dynamic airport environment.

Duties include, but are not limited to: n

- Conduct additional security screening of passengers when required.
n
- Perform Explosive Trace Detection testing.
n
- Conduct scans of staff to ensure compliance with aviation security regulations.
n
- Perform thorough bag searches of passengers to ensure compliance with aviation security regulations.
n
- Patrol and monitor the aircrafts.
n
- Perform passport checks in accordance with aviation security procedures.
n
- Provide a high standard of customer service to passengers and airport staff.
n

Ideal candidates will have: nn
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated setting.
n

Requirements: nn
- Full Australian working rights.
n
- Valid QLD Security Licence.
n
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willing to obtain).
n
- Ability to undergo and obtain an ASIC.
n
- Ability to undergo and pass a medical assessment (including drug and alcohol testing).
n
- Comfortable working 4-5 hours shifts, with the possibility of extension when required.
