The role

n

You’ll be selling leading computer, laptop, mobile phone, technology and entertainment products , helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.

n

This isn’t simply about knowing the products — it’s about understanding why a customer needs them , asking the right questions and confidently recommending the solution that best suits them.

n

You’ll be expected to manage your customers from the initial conversation through to the sale,



while identifying opportunities to maximize both the customer’s experience and your sales results.

n

What we require

n

n
- Previous retail sales or technology sales experience is highly regarded
n
- Strong knowledge and genuine interest in computers and mobile phones
n
- The ability to confidently discuss specifications, features, advantages and product differences
n
- A genuine passion for technology and keeping up with new products
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- Confidence asking for the sale and closing deals
n
- A proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets
n
- The ability to identify sales opportunities and maximize every customer interaction
n
- A strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond
n
- Flexibility to work across retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays and late-night trades
n

The Opportunity

n

Part-Time/Casual — minimum 24 hours per week, with the opportunity to work up to 38 hours.

n
