Are you someone who genuinely enjoys getting to know customers, learning what they need and making sure nothing falls through the cracks?

We are looking for a diligent, organised and customer-focused person to join our small, high-performing team. This is not a call-centre role. You will work closely with our customers, suppliers and internal team to coordinate orders, solve problems and provide the reliable, knowledgeable service our customers value.

The role n

You will become a trusted point of contact for our customers and help manage their requirements from enquiry through to delivery.

Your responsibilities will include: n

- Responding to customer enquiries by phone, email and in person
n
- Processing, coordinating and following up customer orders
n
- Keeping customers informed about stock availability, lead times and delivery updates
n
- Developing a strong understanding of our products and how different customers use them
n
- Liaising with local and overseas suppliers to track stock and orders
n
- Preparing quotes and providing day-to-day support to the sales team
n
- Maintaining accurate customer, order and product information
n
- Working with the warehouse and broader team to resolve issues quickly
n
- Helping with other operational and administrative activities when required
n

About you n

You have experience in sales administration, customer support, order coordination,



internal sales or a product-based business. Industry experience is welcome, but it is not essential….we are more interested in how you work.

- Experience working with physical products, inventory, logistics, packaging, manufacturing, wholesale or industrial customers would be particularly valuable.
