Grampians Health in Ballarat is seeking a geriatric medicine specialist to provide comprehensive care across hospital, community, and ambulatory settings. You will deliver consultative and shared-care services in acute and subacute hospital environments, supervise ward teams, and support Hospital in the Home programs.

Active involvement in career development, research, and education is encouraged, with participation in the Victorian Geriatric Medicine Training Program and cross-service
