Job Description
Rydges Resort Hunter Valley, part of EVT Group, is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a designated kitchen section within our multi-outlet resort in Lovedale. You will oversee staff, ensure timely and high-quality dishes, and uphold food safety standards across Gather, Lovedale Brewbar and conferencing services.

You will prepare sauces, soups and hot dishes for service, demonstrate strong recipe knowledge, and maintain portion control and storage hygiene in a fast-paced setting.
