I am currently seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join a leading Tier 1 builder working on a major Olympic-related project in Brisbane.

The project forms part of the Olympic works and includes high‑rise towers, making this an excellent opportunity to join a major project with significant scale and long‑term career opportunities.
The Role n
You will join an experienced project and HSE team, providing day‑to‑day safety support across the delivery of the development.
Key Responsibilities n
n
- Provide day‑to‑day HSE support across the project.
n
- Conduct site inspections, audits, observations and risk assessments.
n
- Review SWMS, permits and high‑risk construction activities.
n
- Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
n
- Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings.
n
- Engage with subcontractors and site teams to drive a proactive safety culture.
n
- Monitor compliance with WHS legislation, project requirements and company systems.
n
- Work closely with the project team to identify and manage safety risks.
n
About You nn
- Previous experience as a Safety Advisor
n
- High‑rise experience is highly desirable, particularly experience working across major commercial or residential developments.
n
- Solid understanding of WHS legislation, risk management and contractor engagement.
n
- Confident communicating with site teams, subcontractors and senior management.
n
- Practical, proactive and solutions‑focused approach to safety.
n
- Relevant WHS qualifications.
