Therapatic Spa is seeking qualified Remedial Massage Therapists who are looking for a long-term role in our black-and-gold massage and wellness sanctuary.

Reliable income, even when bookings are quiet

This is a permanent employee position—not a profit-sharing or commission-only arrangement. You are paid for all agreed rostered hours, including time when your appointment book is unfilled.

Your role

You will deliver personalised remedial massage treatments, understand each client’s needs and help them work towards their treatment goals. Your care and professionalism will make every visit comfortable and welcoming.

A varied role across our spa services

As a permanent member of our team, you will be required to provide Japanese head spa treatments and basic facials, alongside remedial massage,



once appropriately trained and competent. These services form part of your regular role and offer variety in your working day while helping us meet our clients’ needs.

Your responsibilities include:

- Assessing clients’ needs and tailoring remedial massage treatments within your scope of practice.
- Discussing treatment goals, obtaining informed consent and maintaining accurate client records.
- Providing appropriate aftercare advice.
- Building ongoing client relationships through attentive, personalised service.
- Sharing daily cleaning and shop upkeep, including treatment-room preparation, laundry, vacuuming, mopping, emptying bins and maintaining tidy shared spaces.
- Monitoring stock, organising supplies, replenishing treatment-room essentials and notifying the supervisor when items need reordering.
- Reporting equipment faults and maintenance needs promptly.
- Working collaboratively to keep daily spa operations running smoothly.
- Delivering Japanese head spa treatments and basic facials in line with your training, competency and our spa protocols.

During quieter periods, you will remain on paid rostered time and contribute to room preparation, cleaning, stock organisation and other daily spa duties.

About you

You bring:

- A Diploma of Remedial Massage and current health fund provider numbers.
- Strong communication and client-care skills.
- A professional, reliable and respectful approach.
- The ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team.
- A willingness to share cleaning, shop upkeep and stock-monitoring responsibilities.
- An interest in a stable, long-term position where you can build lasting client relationships.
