Job Description

Pablo & Rusty's Coffee Roasters is seeking a Production Manager for our North Ryde Roastery. You will lead a 10–12 person team, overseeing roasting schedules, packaging, inventory, and deliveries while steering continuous improvement across production and supply chain.

You will collaborate with logistics and quality teams to maintain high standards, drive efficiency, and foster a sustainability-focused culture within a busy, coffee-centric operation.
