Representing Sydney's best business support professionals n

Join a boutique chartered accounting firm who are seeking a Senior Client Services Administrator in the CBD. They are looking for an eager and personable candidate to compliment their friendly team and to help manage the firm's administration.

Please note: Experience working in a Chartered Accounting firm is required

- Full Time/ Part Time

- Salary depending on experience

- Collaborative office who promote development and growth internally

- Flexibility on hours/ one day work from home

The role?

n

n
- Assisting with various ASIC and ATO matters, including ATO lodgement program.
n
- Assisting with the firm’s workflow.
n
- Assisting client managers with the clients’ needs including liaising with clients, invoicing and other ad hoc tasks.
n
- General office administration including assisting with answering phone calls, maintaining firm’s database, procedures, filing, preparing marketing material, office function coordination and other admin duties.
n

The candidate?

- Experience in an accounting or financial planning firm and proficient knowledge of ASIC and ATO correspondence
n




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with integrity, accountability, and transparency
n
- Well-developed time management and organizational skills
n
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
n
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
