We are now looking for a full-Time or part-Time Business Services Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for an experienced manager who wants truely flexible hours, and a high-quality client base without the pressures of a traditional mid-tier environment.

About the Role n

In this role you will oversee a portfolio of business clients, manage workflow and review work prepared by juniors and intermediates, and deliver high-value client advice.

n

Key Responsibilities n

- Review of company, trust, partnership and SMSF financial statements & tax returns
n
- Managing client relationships and being the first point of contact for technical queries
n
- Providing ad-hoc advisory
n
- Managing workflow, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring deadlines are met
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, client service and team development
n





About You n

You will be a confident, grounded professional who enjoys autonomy and high-quality technical work without corporate bureaucracy.

We are looking for:

- 5–10+ years business services experience
n
- Strong tax knowledge
n
- Demonstrated ability to manage and review work
n
- Excellent client communication skills
n
- Someone who is reliable, positive and enjoys being part of a small cohesive team
n
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
n
