Job Description

Afterpay in Australia is seeking a Head of SMB Acquisition Sales to lead and scale a high-velocity, playbook-driven sales engine across SMB and Franchise segments, coordinating BDRs, AEs, and Franchise motion to win and grow merchants.

You will build and refine playbooks, set OKRs, coach leaders, and partner with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Risk to drive revenue growth across Australia and Current Zealand.
