WE’RE LOOKING FOR n

- 10+ years of proven sales experience
n
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field
n
- MBA will be an added advantage
n
- Ability to communicate effectively in Sinhala
n
- Tamil will be an added advantage
n
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
n
- Self-driven and able to work with minimum supervision
n
- Motivational personality with a strong “CAN-DO” attitude
n
- Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
n
- Real estate experience is NOT mandatory
