Origin Energy is seeking an Energy Specialist for Telco with a focus on inbound customer service for residential internet customers. You will be the main contact via phone and email, working on a rotating 8am–11pm schedule with training starting mid-November in the CBD office.
You’ll handle service activation, retention, billing and technology support while providing empathetic, transparent guidance to customers.
