Job Description
Ballarat City Council's Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre is hiring casual Customer Experience Officers to greet visitors and deliver outstanding service. You will be the first point of contact, helping with memberships, programs and centre services while building knowledge of offerings.

Successful applicants will be friendly, organized and able to handle busy periods across early mornings, days, evenings and weekends. Prior customer service experience is valued; training will be provided.
