An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a modern and supportive boutique real estate business in Melbourne's Inner South.

Managing a portfolio of approximately 200 properties , you'll be part of a close-knit team with solid systems, leasing assistance and VA support, making your role focussed on relationship management. The role offers a genuine focus on work‑life balance, with the team finishing at 4:00pm and the flexibility to work from home one day per week after probation.

What You'll Be Doing:

n

n
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 properties
n
- Oversee day-to-day portfolio management and client relationships
n




- Conduct final inspections and assist with ingoing processes
n
- Work closely with the leasing team to ensure a smooth leasing process
n
- Maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
n
- Manage maintenance, arrears, compliance and general portfolio administration
n
- Work collaboratively with VA and support staff
n
- Deliver a high level of customer service across the portfolio
n
- Meet agreed KPIs and contribute to overall team performance
n

What We're Looking For:

- Experienced Property Manager with robust portfolio management experience
n
- Confident managing a large portfolio independently
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team
n
- Proactive, reliable and accountable approach
n
- Strong understanding of residential property management processes
n
- Agent's Representative Certificate
n
- Ideally located within approximately 30 minutes of the office
n
