Job Description

Apt.Residential is seeking an experienced Property Accountant to join our Finance team in Sydney. You will own day-to-day property accounting across our growing BTR portfolio and manage month-end processes, journals, reconciliations and reporting.

You will work closely with Property, Operations, Leasing and Asset Management teams, providing financial insights, budgets and forecasts, while upholding solid controls and data integrity across systems.
