Our client is seeking a solicitor with a passion for real estate to join their innovative Digital Legal Delivery team in Melbourne. This role offers a unique chance to work with blue-chip clients on high-volume leasing matters across commercial, industrial, and retail sectors — leveraging cutting-edge legal technology and contributing to strategic global projects. You will manage a diverse range of leasing transactions, support due diligence and broader real estate matters, and collaborate closely with colleagues across offices and practice groups worldwide. This is a rapid-paced, high-volume environment that rewards strong technical skills, efficiency, and a team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities n

- Manage a diverse range of leasing transactions in commercial, industrial, and retail sectors.
n
- Support due diligence and broader real estate matters.
n
- Collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice groups worldwide.

- Apply legal technology and contribute to strategic global projects.

Qualifications nn
- 2-5 years’ experience as a property lawyer, preferably with exposure to high-volume leasing
n
- Eligible for an Unrestricted Practising Certificate
n
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and matter management skills
n
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
n
- Genuine interest in legal technology, process innovation and the future of law
