About The Role n





Addition Projects is seeking a NSW based Project Manager to help grow our presence and manage shopfitting / fit out projects throughout Australia.

n

This role combines business development, estimating, client relationship management and project delivery.

n

You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, meeting with clients, preparing quotations, securing projects and overseeing successful delivery.

n

This is not a role where you sit behind a desk waiting for opportunities to arrive.

n

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being out in the market, building relationships, identifying opportunities and helping grow the business.

n

At the same time, you’ll need the commercial and organisational skills to ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably and to a high standard.

n

You’ll be provided with a fully maintained company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone and will work remotely while being supported by our Sunshine Coast based team.

Key Responsibilities Business Development n

n
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
n
- Identify and pursue project opportunities
n
- Attend client meetings and site inspections
n
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into awarded projects
n
- Represent Addition Projects professionally within the marketplace
n
- Prepare accurate quotations and project estimates
n
- Review project documentation and specifications
n
- Assess project scope and commercial risks
n
- Manage pricing submissions and follow-up discussions
n





Project Delivery nn
- Manage projects from award through to completion
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and project resources
n
- Monitor budgets, schedules and project profitability
n
- Maintain solid communication with clients throughout delivery
n
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
n

What We’re Looking For nn
- Experience in construction, fit-out, shopfitting or a related industry
n
- Experience preparing quotations and estimates
n
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
n
- Commercial awareness and sound business judgement
n
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
n
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
n
- Knowledge of Buildxact software will be a plus.
n
