Fraser Coast Regional Council is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide a field-based Parks Maintenance team across the Fraser Coast region. You will lead scheduled and reactive works, coordinate resources, and drive safety, quality and customer-focused service.
The role requires solid leadership, horticultural knowledge, and demonstrated ability to manage field operations and record-keeping within Council systems. A White Card, driver licence and relevant licences are essential.
