Receptionist / Dental Assistant (Experienced) | Full-Time/Part-Time | Newcastle n

Join our well-established team in Newcastle! We're looking for an experienced and capable Receptionist / Dental Assistant to join us on a permanent full-time or part-time basis, including half-day Saturdays.

We are a skilled and motivated team committed to delivering high-quality patient care, and we are looking for someone who can confidently contribute across both front-of-house and clinical responsibilities.

This role is best suited to a candidate with previous dental experience who is comfortable managing reception duties, assisting chairside, and ideally supporting surgical procedures. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while delivering a high standard of patient care.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Managing reception duties including patient bookings, enquiries, billing, and administrative tasks
n
- Providing chairside assistance across a range of dental procedures
n
- Assisting with clinical procedures (experience preferred)
n




- Maintaining sterilisation protocols and infection control standards
n
- Preparing and organising instruments and treatment rooms
n
- Supporting a seamless patient experience from arrival through to treatment
n

About You nn
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Dental Receptionist
n
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
n
- Experience assisting in clinical procedures highly regarded
n
- Confident working across both clinical and administrative duties
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
n
