Berendsen Fluid Power is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team based in Wetherill Park.

n
n

In this role you will work across a range of industrial sectors providing field service support, diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance on hydraulic systems used in both fixed plant and mobile equipment.

n
n

No two days are the same. You will work across both customer sites and our workshop, supporting customers with breakdown response, system troubleshooting and component repairs.

n
n

nYour Role n
n

n
n
- Attend customer sites to conduct diagnosis and troubleshooting of hydraulic systems and equipment.
n
n




- Determine required corrective action to return machines to operational condition.
n
n
- Undertake installations and commissioning of hydraulic systems and components.
n
n
- Provide preventative maintenance services on existing hydraulic equipment.
n
n
- Complete workshop-based work including hydraulic cylinder rebuilds, pump and motor repairs and testing.
n
n
- Prepare clear and accurate service reports following field service activities.
n
n
- Perform all work safely and in compliance with company WHS procedures and policies.
n
n

nAbout You n
n

n
- Relevant trade qualification.
n
n
- Experience working with hydraulic systems in field service or heavy industry environments.
n
n
- Ability to diagnose faults and complete repairs independently.
n
n
- Strong communication skills and ability to complete clear service reports.
n
n
- Flexibility to participate in overtime and weekend call-out rosters when required.
n
n
- Current driver’s licence and a strong safety-first mindset.
n
n
