About the Role n
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance, diagnostics, repair and installation services across a diverse range of commercial sites.

You will play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of HVAC systems while building strong client relationships and contributing to a culture of technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities n
n
- Carry out scheduled maintenance and inspections on commercial HVAC systems
n
- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot system issues efficiently and accurately
n
- Perform repairs and component replacements to restore optimal system performance
n
- Collaborate with the project team to deliver high-quality installation
n
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional service delivery
n
- Collaborate with the wider service team to share knowledge and improve outcomes
n
- Accurately record all service activities using the company’s service platform
n
- Stay up to date with industry advancements, technologies, and best practices
n
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, industry standards, and company policies
n
About You nn
- Minimum 2+ years’ post-apprenticeship experience in HVAC service and maintenance
n
- Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and repair capabilities
n
- Must be adaptable and comfortable working across service, maintenance, and project environments, as our client base and workload are diverse and continually evolving
n
- Relevant HVAC trade qualifications
n
- Current licences including ARC Licence, VBA (or equivalent), D Licence, and Construction Induction Card
n
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
n
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
n
- Valid driver’s licence and clean driving history
n
