nAbout the Role n
n

Vision Surveys is seeking a full-time Construction Surveyor to join our team. This role operates on a drive-in, drive-out (DIDO) roster of 2 weeks on, 1 week off , travelling to Gladstone from Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast or Gold Coast . You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality surveying services across construction and civil projects while enjoying the flexibility of a structured roster.

nKey Responsibilities n

- Conduct field surveys, site measurements and data collection
n
n
- Prepare survey plans, reports and spatial data outputs
n
n




- Operate surveying instruments including GPS, total stations and digital levels
n
n
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications, legislation and safety requirements
n
n
- Liaise with clients, engineers, site managers and internal teams
n
n
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
n
n
- Report to and communicate with the Survey Manager
n
n

n
nSkills, Qualifications & Experience Required n
n

n
n
- Proficient with Leica OR Trimble surveying equipment
n
n
- Experience using surveying software including 12d, Magnet and AutoCAD advantageous
n
n
- Degree or Diploma in Surveying or a related discipline
n
n
- Proven experience working as a Surveyor or in a similar surveying role
n
n
- Understanding of land surveying standards, processes and regulatory frameworks
n
n
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
n
n
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
n
n
- Strong communication and organisational capabilities
n
n
- Current open driver’s licence
n
n
