We are looking to appoint a Rental Coordinator at our Rydalmere Branch who will be the primary day-to-day point of contact for all customer requirements. Reporting to the Eastern Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities nn
- Ensure superior customer service is achieved
n
- Monitor, track and organise fleet availability on a daily basis
n
- Complete all pre and post-rental procedures
n
- Ensure the contract paperwork is accurately completed
n




- Inspect the returned vehicle and complete necessary reports
n
- Discuss damage and missing items with the customer and resolve matter before finalising the contract
n
- Liaise with National Sales team members for major customer interactions and transactions
n
- Perform administration duties as required
n

Qualifications nn
- Previous experience in customer service or administration
n
- Excellent communication skills
n
- Ability to learn, understand and effectively sell the products and services of the business
n
- High attention to detail
n
- Sound computer literacy skillsLicense to drive manual vehicles (C class)
n
- Knowledge of the vehicle industry and/or rental industry would be advantageous
n
