As a Commercial Lawyer, you will play a key role supporting the delivery of major projects and advising on high-profile matters across the business. Key Responsibilities n

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
n
- Providing pragmatic legal advice across project, construction, and energy matters
n
- Partnering with senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives and project delivery
n
- Supporting governance,



compliance, and risk management functions
n
- Working collaboratively with internal and external specialist advisors
n

About You nn
- 3–7 years’ post-admission experience in commercial law (private practice or in-house)
n
- Exposure to energy, infrastructure, or construction projects will be highly regarded
n
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
n
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
n
- Commercial mindset with a solutions-oriented approach
n
